Avalokiteshvara Chanted Prayers – The first Sunday of the month at 7.30pm – 8.15pm
Tara Chanted Prayers – The second Sunday of the month at 7.30pm – 8.15pm
Heart Jewel with 10 minutes guided meditation – 6pm – 6.45pm every evening except Saturdays (see Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsog Offering below).
Please note that on Tuesdays Heart Jewel will be at 5pm - 5.45pm.
Wishfulfilling Jewel with Tsog Offering – 6pm – 7pm every Saturday
Offering to the Spiritual Guide (for the long life of the Guru)*

*it is customary to bring vegetarian food offering to Tsog offering ceremonies.
