Group Visits
The historic old Hunter House Hotel dating back to 1700 is now home to Gyaltsabje Centre, open to everyone to experience the bliss of meditation.
We are pleased to welcome groups as guests to our World Peace Cafe and to tour our facilities. The Centre is used to hosting catering parties for local groups and also provides educational tours for nearby communities including schools and colleges. 
Many different groups visit the Centre and we are proud to be able to cater for everyone. All our staff and helpers are caring volunteers who will do their utmost to make your visit a pleasant one. Baby changing facilities are available and the Centre has a wheelchair entrance together with a disabled bathroom.
Visits are made by arrangements. They include a detailed tour and commentary of the beautiful meditation room together with a brief talk on the history of the building followed by an opportunity to experience a brief restful meditation.
At the end of the visit, vegetarian refreshments and snacks are served in the World Peace Cafe and members of your group will be able to browse through our gift shop for souvenirs, books and trinkets.

John has been a teacher for many years and is no stranger to creating lively and interesting presentations to groups from various walks of life. He is an adept speaker and also gives his time and energy voluntarily to various charities including Help the Aged and SAFFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association)

There are no charges for
teachers or parents Cheques
