
The General Programme is a series of "drop-in" classes suitable for everyone. Each class is self contained, although you are more than welcome to attend the whole course and consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion.
Each class lasts for around one and a half hours, including refreshments. Each series of classes usually runs in terms of 4-6 weeks. The branch teachers are members of Gyaltsabje Centre and qualified meditation teachers.
They provide an introduction to Buddhist meditation, with the teachings providing practical methods for overcoming everyday problems and increasing happiness and inner calm.
