DAY & TIME: Thursdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm (see class dates at bottom of page)
FEE: £3.50 per class (includes a delicious bowl of home-made soup!) No need to book; just turn up on the day. Centre card holders; Free

CAR PARKING: Car parking is available to the rear of the premises; access via Hunter House Road
A chance to enjoy 30 minutes of relaxation meditation, followed by a lovely bowl of home-made soup!
These classes have proved beneficial to everyone whatever walk of life they are from as the techniques taught can be taken away and applied to solve everyday problems.
