Weekly Classes
Gyaltsabje Centre offers weekly introductory meditation classes within South Yorkshire, providing an extensive programme for both beginners and advanced students alike. These 'drop-in' introductory meditation classes are held in and around the local area.
Each class includes a simple breathing meditation, a short talk and a concluding meditation. There is also time after the class to ask questions over light refreshments.
The classes provide a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha's advice as solutions to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.
Everyone is welcome – you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend, everyone can benefit – just drop in to any class!
